Ukrainian couple

I have just met this Ukrainian lady arrived in Sydney in September on a visitor visa. She and her husband stays at her Brothers. She needs help with visa applications. I looked at 866 and the bridge visa but it is rather complex. Can we please get advice about their best visas pathway.
